Superyacht trackers report the vessel's beneficial owner only as an anonymous US-based businessman, with no verified public name. The yacht was originally built as "Quinta Essentia" for Russian businessman and former senator Valentin Zavadnikov before changing hands and names (to "Quite Essential" and then "After You"). She is now also marketed for charter through brokers, but industry sources still describe her as privately owned rather than run as a pure charter-fleet asset.
