OE Corinthian

Chantiers de l'Atlantique · Orient Express Silenseas (SolidSail-equipped luxury sailing cruise ship) · 220 m

Accor S.A. is a French multinational hospitality group led by chairman and CEO Sébastien Bazin, which revived the historic Orient Express brand and developed the Silenseas sailing yacht project, of which Orient Express Corinthian is the first vessel. In 2024, LVMH (chaired by Bernard Arnault) agreed a strategic investment acquiring a 50% stake in the Orient Express brand and its associated entities, including the one owning the sailing yachts, with an option to acquire full ownership by around 2027. As of the yacht's 2026 delivery, ownership/operation of Orient Express Corinthian is attributed to Orient Express under this Accor/LVMH partnership, with LVMH's Bernard Arnault as a key strategic partner and potential future sole owner of the brand rather than a confirmed current owner of the vessel itself.
