Mark Getty (born 1960) is a British-Irish businessman and grandson of oil magnate J. Paul Getty. He co-founded Getty Images in 1995 with Jonathan Klein, served as Executive Chairman until 2005, and returned as Chairman in 2018 after the Getty family regained control of the company. The yacht Talitha (originally built in 1930) had previously been owned by his father, John Paul Getty Jr., and passed to Mark Getty in 2008.
