Tilman Fertitta is an American hospitality and entertainment businessman, sole owner of Landry's Inc. and the Golden Nugget casino group, owner of the NBA's Houston Rockets, and author of "Shut Up and Listen"; he has also appeared on CNBC's "Billion Dollar Buyer". Boardwalk is the latest in a long line of Fertitta yachts of the same name; Boat International reports the 117-metre Lürssen was delivered to him in May 2026, superseding his 76.5-metre Feadship Boardwalk, which was renamed Boardwalk V and listed for sale. Ownership is reported by yachting media rather than confirmed by any public registry, and yachts of this size are commonly held through corporate entities.
