Victoria

Sevmash · Custom explorer motor yacht (Project Agat/A1331), exterior styling and interior by H2 Yacht Design · 71 m

Vladimir Putin is the President of the Russian Federation. Investigative outlet Dossier Center (funded by exiled oligarch Mikhail Khodorkovsky) reported that the 71-metre Victoria is Putin's "ninth yacht," but stated there is no direct documentary evidence—such as a photograph of Putin aboard—linking him to the vessel, only indirect evidence including crew connections to other Putin-linked yachts and sightings near his reported Black Sea residence at Cape Idokopas. Public shipping/ownership records instead list the yacht as registered to companies associated with Gennady Timchenko, a Russian oligarch and close personal friend of Putin's; Dossier also reported that a source said Alina Kabaeva (a former gymnast widely reported to be Putin's partner) and her family use the boat, though this too is unconfirmed by primary documentary evidence.
