Maria Francesca Angelini is an Italian businesswoman who has spent over three decades leading her family's Monaco-based pharmaceutical business, the Angelini Group. She commissioned Anjelif as her first yacht, signing the build contract with Italy's Columbus Yachts (a Palumbo Superyachts brand) in June 2020, and had significant personal input into its design, including its distinctive champagne-coloured hull. She has publicly spoken about her ownership and design vision for the vessel in multiple yachting-industry interviews.
