Here Comes The Sun
Amels (Damen Yachting), Vlissingen, Netherlands · Amels Limited Editions 272 (LE 272), lengthened to 89m in 2021 refit · 89 m
Ownership of Here Comes The Sun has changed several times and is not officially confirmed by the parties. New Zealand billionaire Graeme Hart — who built his fortune through the private investment vehicle Rank Group and packaging businesses including Carter Holt Harvey and Reynolds Group Holdings — is widely reported to have bought the yacht in 2019, when the 83-metre Amels was sold via Fraser after being listed at about €155 million. Hart also reportedly owned her shadow vessel U-81 and other yachts including Ulysses and Odyssey. The yacht was sold again in 2023 in a deal handled by Burgess and Y.CO, and subsequent reporting (including Wikipedia and SuperYachtFan) names US casino developer Steve Wynn, founder of Mirage Resorts and Wynn Resorts, as the current owner; this attribution is reported rather than officially confirmed.
